Rates and Accepted Insurance Plans

For self-pay clients (those without insurance or who prefer not to use it), my rate is $150 per 50-minute session. In some instances, a lower rate may be available.

For clients enrolled in the health plans listed below under “Accepted Insurance”, please note that your insurance company determines co-pays. These typically range from $25 to $50, depending on your specific plan.

*Important Note: I do not accept traditional/original Medicare plans. Traditional Medicare is run directly by the Federal Government, while Medicare Advantage plans are “managed care” plans run by private, commercial insurance companies rather than the government.

Accepted Payments

I accept payments via Square invoice or my preferred third-party method (debit, credit card, HSA, or FSA card). I’ve partnered with Headway to bill health insurance plans and cover insurance co-payments with clients’ credit cards.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers must provide patients who don’t have insurance or aren't using insurance with an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nsurprises.
