A Note on Our Framework

San Jose Therapy Services provides professional clinical counseling grounded in modern psychological science and the Thomistic tradition. While my practice specializes in a Christian framework of human nature, I welcome and serve men of all faiths, backgrounds, and walks of life. The only requirement for admission to the practice is a mutual agreement to work within the goal-oriented, virtue-based parameters of this clinical framework.

What Happens Next?

🔹 Step 1: Secure Your Consultation Slot (Two Ways to Connect)

To accommodate your schedule and preferences, you can initiate contact using either option above:

• Option A (Instant Booking): Choose an open time slot directly on the Google Calendar to the left. This instantly reserves your spot and creates your meeting link.

• Option B (The Contact Form): If you have a quick logistical question first or prefer to coordinate via email, fill out the Contact Form to the right. I will personally reach out within 24–48 business hours to coordinate a time.

To protect your medical privacy, please do not share deeply sensitive clinical details in the form or calendar notes. This step is strictly for scheduling.

🔹 Step 2: The Virtual Consultation (via Google Meet)

At your selected time, we will meet for a free, confidential 15- to 30-minute virtual consultation via Google Meet.

• If you used the direct calendar, a secure, encrypted meeting link was sent to your email automatically.

• If you used the form, I will email you the link once we confirm a time.

You do not need to download any special software or create an account; you click the link from your phone or computer to join me in a private virtual room. We will use this time to discuss your goals and ensure my Thomistic framework aligns with your needs.

🔹 Step 3: Formal Intake & Insurance Setup (via Headway)

If we decide that my practice is the right fit for your goals, I will send a digital welcome invitation to Headway, the secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that hosts my electronic health records.

Through Headway, you will securely enter your insurance information to verify your benefits and copays upfront automatically—so there are no hidden fees or surprise medical bills. You will complete your standard clinical intake paperwork and manage all future session scheduling entirely through this secure portal.

A Note on Technical Security:

Both Google Meet and Headway are configured using enterprise-grade health data security standards. Your identity, billing records, and session data are fully encrypted, completely confidential, and handled with the highest standards of professional discretion.
